Ingredients & Sources

A complete, cited reference for every ingredient in SodaPeak Gummies — what each one is, what the current research says, and exactly how much of it is in every serving.

About this page: Content here was written and reviewed for factual accuracy against the sources listed below as of 2025. It reflects general, traditional-use and preliminary research framing rather than clinical claims, in line with FDA dietary supplement guidelines. This page is reviewed periodically as new research becomes available.

Exact caffeine content: 50mg per serving. This amount is disclosed on the Supplement Facts panel and stated clearly on every page of this site — see the Caffeine card below for full detail and sourcing.

The Six Ingredients, In Full Detail

Each card below covers what the ingredient is, its traditional or studied role, its exact dosage in SodaPeak, and a specific, real, linked source.

Muira Puama Extract

200mg per serving

Muira Puama comes from Ptychopetalum olacoides, a plant native to the Brazilian Amazon with a long history of traditional use as a general tonic. It's one of two botanicals in SodaPeak selected for its traditional role in supporting circulation and physical stamina.

Laboratory research on Muira Puama extract has examined anti-fatigue and anti-stress activity in animal models, looking at how it may interact with the body's stress-response pathways. This research is preliminary and largely pre-clinical (laboratory and animal-model based) rather than large-scale human trials — which is why we describe Muira Puama at a general circulation-and-stamina level, and specifically do not extend the description into aphrodisiac or sexual-health territory, despite that association appearing in some traditional folklore.

In SodaPeak, Muira Puama is dosed at 200mg per serving, the largest single-ingredient dose in the formula, reflecting its role as a primary circulation-and-stamina ingredient.

Maca Extract

100mg per serving

Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is a cruciferous root grown at high altitude in the Peruvian Andes. It has been used as a food staple and general tonic in Andean communities for centuries, making it one of the longer traditional-use ingredients in this formula.

A comprehensive 2024 scientific review of Maca research highlights its potential for combating fatigue, among a range of other areas currently under study. In SodaPeak, Maca Extract is included as an adaptogen — a category of ingredient studied for its traditional role in helping the body resist fatigue and maintain steady daily energy.

SodaPeak includes 100mg of Maca Extract per serving, paired with Ashwagandha as the formula's two adaptogenic ingredients.

Catuaba Extract

100mg per serving

Catuaba refers to the bark extract of Trichilia catigua, a tree native to Brazil. Like Muira Puama, it has a long traditional-use history in South American herbal preparations, and the two are frequently paired together in traditional tonic formulations.

Laboratory studies have found that Trichilia catigua bark extract exhibits antioxidant activity and has been shown to reduce fatigue markers in animal models. As with Muira Puama, we keep our description of Catuaba strictly to this general circulation-and-stamina framing — the current evidence base is preliminary and does not support broader wellness or sexual-health claims.

SodaPeak includes 100mg of Catuaba Extract per serving, working alongside Muira Puama as the formula's circulation-and-stamina pillar.

Green Tea Extract

100mg per serving

Green Tea Extract is derived from Camellia sinensis leaves and is rich in catechins — a class of antioxidant compounds, the most researched of which is EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate). It's one of the most widely studied botanical extracts in the general wellness category.

Clinical research on green tea catechins has explored their role in supporting metabolism and reducing oxidative stress, with EGCG specifically researched for its free-radical-neutralizing activity. In SodaPeak, Green Tea Extract is paired directly with caffeine to round out the formula's "clean energy" pillar — antioxidant support alongside a disclosed stimulant dose, rather than a stimulant alone.

SodaPeak includes 100mg of Green Tea Extract per serving.

Caffeine

50mg per serving — disclosed

Caffeine is a naturally occurring stimulant found in coffee, tea, and cacao, and is one of the most-studied compounds for its role in supporting alertness and reducing perceived fatigue.

Each SodaPeak gummy contains exactly 50mg of caffeine — roughly half of an average 8oz cup of brewed coffee (which typically contains 80–100mg). The FDA has cited up to 400mg of caffeine per day as an amount not generally associated with adverse effects for most healthy adults; a single 50mg serving represents a modest fraction of that reference point.

Because caffeine is an active stimulant, we disclose the exact amount here, on the Supplement Facts panel, on the homepage, and in our FAQ. People who are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or nursing individuals, and anyone with a heart or blood pressure condition should consult a healthcare professional before use, and should factor this 50mg into their total daily caffeine intake if they consume other caffeinated products.

Ashwagandha

50mg per serving

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an adaptogen with a long history of use in traditional Ayurvedic practice, and today it carries some of the strongest human clinical research of any adaptogenic botanical on the market.

An 8-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial found that participants taking an ashwagandha extract experienced significantly greater reductions in self-reported stress and anxiety scores, as well as reductions in morning serum cortisol, compared to those taking a placebo. This is meaningfully stronger evidence than the preliminary/laboratory research behind Muira Puama and Catuaba, and we're careful to represent that difference accurately rather than treating every ingredient in the formula as equally studied.

SodaPeak includes 50mg of Ashwagandha per serving, included specifically to support the body's response to daily stress alongside the formula's caffeine content.
